It's time to thank outgoing board members and welcome new ones for the coming year. The official handover of responsibility will be at Samhain, but the actual transfer has already begun.

And a special thanks to the exiting board members who have served so well.
Rebekah, who grew into Spirit so wonderfully, but now is going on a great adventure in Australia. We will miss you!
Michelle, who has agreed to serve every time she was asked, stepping in as Air when there was noone else, supporting the church as she always has for many years, in countless ways.
Su, who took over an abandoned position and made Fire real again, bringing new people and new ideas, and making changes that will serve us well for many years.
Anitra, who has been not just Water, but the Church's "Mother", giving comfort, wisdom, encouragement and back scratches whenever they were needed.
I think I speak for everyone when I thank you for giving so much of yourselves to make the Church of the Earth what it is. I hope we on the new board can do as well.
